How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Coaching sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide.
What are sessions like?
Our agendas are co-authored on a weekly basis. We follow a framework, but we are also flexible enough to include space for real-time learnings in your immediate professional environment. We often reframe the most critical questions you face. We work through simple mental models for better real-time and strategic decision making.
What commitment is required?
A commitment entails regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and adaptation, and a willingness to apply what is learned. The standard initial time commitment is six months, but can be variable. Typically, coaching sessions are 90-minutes, up to once per week. Twice per month is most common.
What results can I expect ?
Outcomes are dependent on a commitment to discovery and a growth mindset.
